1 What fabric do you use for your abayas and niqabs?

We use premium Nida, Zoom, Firdous and soft imported fabrics that are comfortable, breathable, and ideal for daily wear.

2. Are your fabrics suitable for all seasons?

Yes. Our fabrics are lightweight for summer, breathable for humid weather, and layered enough for winter comfort.

3. How do I select the right abaya size?

Abayas are selected using height size (52–60). Check our size chart for perfect length and fit.

4. Do your abayas shrink after washing?

No. Our fabrics are pre-tested and do not shrink when washed normally.

5. Can I wash your abayas at home?

Yes. Hand-wash or gentle machine wash is recommended. Avoid bleach and direct harsh sunlight.

6. What is your delivery time?

Orders are delivered within 4–7 working days depending on your location.

7. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. COD is available across India. 

8. How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp. 

9. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes. You can request a return/exchange within 3 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original condition.

10. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

You will get a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
